This policy explains what we do with personal information when you visit this website, buy a ticket, or get in touch with us.
Who we are
Fuzzy Bear Comedy Club Aylesbury is operated by SHOW BRUNCH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15951429), whose registered office is at 62 Green Lane, Windsor, SL4 3SA. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect and why
Buying tickets
Ticket sales are handled on our behalf by Ticket Tailor. When you book, you give Ticket Tailor your name, email address and payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
We receive the booking details we need to run the show: your name, your email address, and what you bought. We use this to issue your ticket, admit you on the night, contact you if a show changes, and keep proper accounting records.
Our legal basis is performance of a contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep accurate financial records.
Contacting us
If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the club.
Using the website
Our website places a small number of cookies that are needed to make it work, and records your cookie choices. We do not run any website analytics and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our venue page includes a Google Map. It only loads once you accept marketing cookies, because loading it shares your IP address with Google. You can decline and the rest of the page still works.
Our web host, SiteGround, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Full details of every cookie are in our Cookie Policy. Our legal basis for non-essential cookies is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from that page.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share it only with the suppliers who help us run the club: Ticket Tailor and Stripe for ticketing and payments, SiteGround for website hosting, and our email provider. Each of them handles your information on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Keeping information outside the UK
Some of our suppliers store data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, they are required to protect it to UK standards, using the safeguards that UK data protection law allows.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, which covers the period HMRC requires for tax records. Email correspondence is kept for up to two years unless we need it longer for a specific reason. Your cookie consent is stored in your browser for twelve months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete information we no longer need to keep
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send a copy to you or another provider in a portable format
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
